As part of your member account your coach may have given you access to some template plans. You can view those template plans in calendar mode and export them to PDF. You can also apply those plans to your schedule using either a start or end date. These instructions apply to both Training and Nutrition plans. You can apply a plan either via the web app or the mobile app.

Applying a plan via the mobile apps

Login to the mobile app. Access the "My Plans" menu item. Your coach may or may not have made this item available to you, or they may have named the menu item something different like "Training Plans". Find a plan you want to apply and click on it.

Now click the "Apply to Calendar" button. 

You can either apply the plan using a start or end date. If you select a start date the plan will be applied from that date. If you select an end date the plan will be calculated backwards and applied to your schedule. You can use an end date if you have a race scheduled, this saves having to calculate the start date before applying the plan. If using a start date you should use a Monday, and for an end date use a Sunday.

You can also just apply part of the plan if you do not wish to apply the entire plan.You can also choose whether to replace any existing sessions you have during the application period or just add to those sessions.

Applying a plan via the web app

Login to Training Tilt and click on the "My Plans" menu item. Your coach may or may not have made this item available to you.

You can now see the plans that are available to you.

You can click "i" to view the description and more details about the plan or you can click Calendar icon to view the plan in the calendar. At this stage you can view the plan and export it to PDF. Additionally you can also apply the plan to your own schedule.

To apply the plan to your own schedule click the "Apply this plan" button. You will then be presented with some options about how to apply the plan. You can either apply the plan using a start or end date. If you select a start date the plan will be applied from that date. If you select an end date the plan will be calculated backwards and applied to your schedule. After you have applied your plan you schedule will open. If you've applied your plan into the future you may need to use the forward and back buttons to find the new sessions or select a date from the date selector

If you have accidentally applied your plan to the wrong dates you can use either the "Shift Dates" button to move the sessions or the "Delete date range" button to delete a range of sessions and then start over.
