Addaero has some tools to export both your workout catalog and your athlete workout history into csv files which you can then directly import into Training Tilt.

Depending on whether you are using Addaero Classic or Solo the instructions are slightly different.

Once you've exported your data you can use our import tools to import into your Training Tilt account. More info here http://support.trainingtilt.com/importing-data/importing-data-from-addaero

Addaero Solo

Exporting your workout catalog
โ€‹
Navigate to the Performance Log, and open the side panel navigation by clicking on the down arrow/caret near the top, left corner of the screen. Athletes will see their name, followed by the caret. Coaches will see "Select an athlete" followed by the caret.

When the panel opens, you will see an "Export Workout Catalog" button at the top of the page. Click the button, and a dialogue will open with some information about the export, and then click "Start Export" to start the export.

If you have a very large catalog of workouts, it may take a couple of minutes to complete. Your browser will store the exported file, "workout_catalog.csv", where it normally puts downloads on your computer. The location is browser dependent, and not something that we can control.

If the export file is empty, this means you have no workouts in your personal workout catalog. Affiliate Coaches you have access to a shared workout catalog will need to request a copy of the export from the coach who's login is associated with the master catalog.

Click the "Export CSV" button near the top, right corner of the screen and the export will begin. Within Addaero Classic you may export your athletes workout history using the Performance Log. Click the Log menu button at the top of the page.

Select an athlete in the left hand list.

You may Run the report first, but it isn't required. Your browser will store the exported file where it normally puts downloads on your computer. The location is browser dependent, and not something that we can control.
