If you aren't training with a device that's connected via our Strava or Garmin Connect sync services you can still manually edit your workout feedback via the web and mobile apps.

Web App

In the web apps, there are two different views you can do this from. The Dashboard view and the calendar view.

Watch the quick video demo or follow the detailed instructions below.

Dashboard View

Go to your Dashboard view from the menu and scroll to the training day you want to add feedback for.

Now under the stats tab look for the "edit values" link. Click it and all the data fields will become editable.

You can then edit the fields and click save.

To make some comments, click the "Feedback" button clicking save after you've completed your comments.

For a quick way to update feedback, you can just hit the "mark as complete" button. This will simply set the actual time and distance to match the planned time and distance.

The Calendar View

You can complete the same tasks from the calendar view. You can access the calendar view from the menu or from the button on the dashboard.

Once in calendar view click on a workout to edit the feedback for.

Now go to the Data tab and click the "edit values" link.

You can now edit the fields manually and then click Save.
