You can move your scheduled workouts to different days on the web and mobile apps.
To move a workout to a different day on the web app first go to "My Schedule" from the menu.
You can then click and hold on a workout with your left mouse key to drag the workout to a different day. Release the mouse key to drop the workout. You can drop onto a different day and also before or after any existing workouts.
On the mobile apps, open the app which will show your calendar by default. Then click on the workout you want to move.
Now click the edit button
Now change the date and time of the workout and then touch Save.
