Sometimes a connection may be lost with your Strava account and Training Tilt and your activities may no longer be syncing through to your account.
There are a few things you can try to reset the connection.
Course of Action 1 - Disconnect and Reconnect in TT
Step 1 Disconnect in Training Tilt
First while logged in to the web version of Training Tilt, go to User settings from the top right-hand menu.
Now scroll down to the Connections section and disconnect your Strava account
Step 2 Reconnect in Training Tilt
Now carefully follow the steps to reconnect your Strava account again as outlined in our document here
Next time you complete an activity and upload it to Strava it should sync to your account.
If this still does not work then follow the next course of action
Course of Action 2 - Disconnect in TT and in Strava
You should only attempt this course of action if the previous course of action failed after completing a new workout and uploading to Strava.
Step 1 Disconnect in Training Tilt
First while logged in to the web version of Training Tilt, go to User settings from the top right-hand menu.
Now scroll down to the Connections section and disconnect your Strava account
Step 2 Disconnect in Strava
Login to your Strava account on the web version and navigate to "Settings" then "My Apps" or just go to this settings page https://www.strava.com/settings/apps
Find the Training Tilt app and click "Revoke Access". Note if you have more than one Training Tilt app listing this is because you may have an account with more than one Training Tilt coach. In this case, contact Training Tilt support before revoking access.
Step 2 Reconnect in Training Tilt
Now carefully follow the steps to reconnect your Strava account again as outlined in our document here
Next time you complete an activity and upload it to Strava it should sync to your account.
