Sometimes you may want to pause payments for your clients if they get injured or for any other reason. You can't pause payments directly in Training Tilt but you can pause them in Stripe.

First access the account page for your client and you should see the subscription. If you go to the clients account page in TT you should be able to click through directly into Stripe from the link that is a unique code starting with sub_

Then once you get into Stripe you can then pause the payment collection and set it to "indefinite" or a date if you had one in mind. Also best to set the invoices as void so they don't hang around pending payment.
