If you are migrating from TrainingPeaks you can import either athlete Summary data or Workout files or a combination of both

There are two options for exporting athlete data from TrainingPeaks. The first is Athlete Summary data which is just the basic data about the workout, and the second is the Workout Files which is an export of the raw FIT files for the athlete.

Summary Data

Summary data includes name and descriptions of workouts plus summary data like average and max HR, Pace, Power etc. The data streams from devices are not included in this export so no charts will be available to view. If you need that data then you should use the Data Files instead, or a combination of both.

Workout Files

These are the raw FIT files from the athletes device. You can export up 12 months at a time. This data will enable you to have the history of workout data that can be used in the performance management charts and individual workout analytics.

Recommended Approach

For best results, you should first import Summary Data and then import Workout files in this order. This will allow the second import to map the data files to the workout summary. You could just import the Workout Files but the downside of that is that you won't get the titles, descriptions and details of the planned workouts
