Note: This guide is for importing your workout catalog, the guide to importing athlete workout history can be found here. Please don't use the following guide to import athlete history as it will fill your workout library with athlete workouts instead of your workout catalog.
Welcome Addaero Coaches. Thanks for choosing to try Training Tilt.
We have built tools to import your Addaero workout library into Training Tilt.

The tools are available for you to use yourself but we are more than happy to do this for you if you'd prefer.
If you'd like us to do the import please email your files to firstname.lastname@example.org or just attach them to the help bubble while logged in to your Training Tilt site.
If you'd like to import your own files first go to Plans - Library from the menu
then click the "Import from Addaero" button.
Now select the workout csv file that contains your workout catalog you downloaded from your Addaero account.
Then click the upload button.
The status bar will go green when the file is first uploaded but will then go blue while progressing, wait until there is a message stated the upload is complete. This could take a few minutes depending on the size of your catalog.
Download the result file for your records or to share with us in case there are any issues with your data. The file will allow us to trace back issues to individual workouts.
Your workouts should now all show in your library and can be used for building plans and and athlete schedules.
