In some situations you may not want your members/clients to be able to cancel their subscriptions without first contacting you. For example if you require a minimum time commitment for your services e.g min 6 months coaching comittment.

You can now configure this setting from the "signup" settings page under the admin menu. If you set this option to true the cancel button will be replaced with a message asking the client to email you to cancel or change their subscription.
