We have updated the layout and style of your payment pages if you are using the Stripe or Payulatam payment gateways. We've also added two fields to a membership plan so add some extra text in a short description and configure a URL to redirect a customer to after they sign up to a membership and create their account or after their payment was successful. You can also add some custom content globally to your payment pages so you can add trust images or any extra content you'd like to display on all your payment pages.

Layout Changes

On desktop, a membership plan now has a left and right layout. The details of the cart or membership plan on the left and the payment form on the right. On mobile the details are on top and the payment form below.

Short Description Field

The new short description field will allow you to add some extra text that will display on your membership full detail page and payment pages.

You can update the field under the details tab while creating or editing a membership plan.

And now it will show here on the main sales page of the membership plan.

And on the payment page for the membership plan

Success Redirect Url

This can be configured in a membership plan if you want to redirect the customer to a different page after they have signed up and created their account. It can be configured on the advanced tab of a membership plan. This can be useful if you have an external website or want to trigger conversion events on the redirected page. It can also be used for something like redirecting a customer to fill in one of your Training Tilt forms after they've created their account.

Payment Success Redirect Url

This can be configured in a membership plan if you want to redirect the customer to a different page after their payment has succeeded but before they create their account. It can be configured on the advanced tab of a membership plan. This can be useful if you have an external website or want to trigger conversion events on the redirected page. Just note that this breaks the flow between payment and account creation so you will need to handle this on your redirect page or rely on the email we send with the verification link that they can create their account from. We will include their individualized account creation URL when the redirect happens in a query string parameter called verifyAccountUrl. e.g https://yoursite.com/success-page?verifyAccountUrl=<urlhere>

Custom Content on Payment Pages

This new feature allows you to create custom content that will appear globally on all of your payment pages, including membership signups, store checkout and payment requests if you are using the Stripe or Payulatam payment gateways.

This is a great feature for adding additional information on your payment pages like trust images, terms and conditions and anything else you'd like to display to your customers considering entering their payment details.

You can edit the content by visiting one of your payment pages while logged in and using the edit button. After saving the changes your content will show on all of your payment pages.

After making changes make sure you check both the desktop and the mobile views to ensure the layout is appropriate.
