This guide requires your athletes to already have a Training Tilt athlete account that you have created for them and they must also connect their own Today's Plan athlete account to their Training Tilt account. If you would prefer to control the entire process you can use this guide.

or if you would prefer to let your athletes take care of importing their own data you can send them this guide.

If you are happy for your athletes to connect their accounts first and then do the import follow the steps below.

Important Note: You should first ensure your athletes training zones and thresholds are set up correctly so that stress scores are calculated accurately, you can reprocess these from the performance insights dashboard but it will save time to get them setup before hand.

Both you and your athlete must first connect your Today's Plan accounts following the steps below.

All our coaches get their own unique url either businessname.trainingtiltapp.com or their own custom domain like app.davescoaching.com.

To connect your Today's plan account change the part of the url after the domain to /connect/todaysplan. This step is the same for athletes and coaches.

Once you've authenticated and connected Today's Plan you will see the options to return to the import method of your choice. This guide covers the "Import Athletes and History" method. Athletes will only see one option at this point, and can either import their own history or let you know they have connected their account so you can do it for them.

Now you must first select the athletes Training Tilt account. Click the switching icon to do this.

If the athlete has connected their Today's Plan account you will see two options. The first will let you select which completed activities you want to import. Or you can choose to just import a batch of workouts based on a date range.

The date range option is the fastest and easiest way to import workout history.

Select the date range you want to import. We restrict the range of dates you can import at any one time as a lot of data has to be processed at once. We recommend you import the latest data first and then step backward in time. You don't need to worry if you overlap dates, because we keep track of workouts that have already been imported to avoid duplicates.

Once you've imported a batch you can select a new date range to import for subsequent batches.

Now you should have your athletes history imported and can stop here.

Alternative Option

If you would prefer to select the completed activities to import you can use the "Import Selected Activities" option.

Now you should see a list of completed activities. You can use the date range selector to get the activities for a certain date range, by default it will return a list of the latest activities, most recent first. We restrict the date range you can view at once to avoid processing too many activities at once.

You can now select the activities one at a time which will add them to the "selected list" under the main list. Or you can just click the "select all" button to add all of the activities to the selected list.

Now you can click the "Import All Selected Activities" button to import the activities

Now repeat the same process for each date range you want to import.

Additional Tools

You can also select activities one at a time in the bottom list, and sync/import the activity or download the raw FIT file for your own storage.
