New Athlete Checklist

As a new athlete in the Training Tilt system, there are a few things you need to get setup to get the best experience and to allow your coach to have access to your training data.

1. Connecting your device

If you have a training device like a Garmin, Wahoo, Suunto, Polar, Coros or others you can connect these to your account. If you device is not directly supported then you can use our Strava integration as long as you have a Strava account and your device is connected to it. You can have multiple devices connected. You can connect your devices from the top right hand menu under "User Settings" on the web app.

2. Configure your training zones

You can set up your training zones from the top right hand menu of the web app. You coach may have set up some default zones to help you get started. If in doubt have a chat to your coach about training zones.

3. Sending planned workouts to your device

If your coach has setup structured workouts for your runs or rides you can send these planned workouts to your device if it is supported. E.g Garmin, Suunto, Coros or Zwift. Workouts will not currently sync automatically, you can send planned workouts individually from the workout itself or 7 days worth of workouts from calendar on the web app or your profile page on the mobile app.

4. Setup training schedule emails

If you want to receive your daily training in an email you can set that up from your profile in the web app.

5. Configuration Notifications

You can opt in or out to various notifications the system will send to you. You can configure email vs app notifications for each specific notification type.
